We scrape a whole vanilla bean and empty most of a honey pot into every one of these babies before folding in toasted, hand-cracked organic walnuts from old dog ranch. we finish the pie with organic fleur de sel. this pie has been described as "baklava in pie form", "addictively good", and "one of a kind." we hope you'll agree!
