Two 12-hour sous-vide italian fennel sausages, two 4-hour sous-vide eggs, buttered sourdough. we cook our sausages for 12 hours to keep the sausages incredibly juicy and moist. the sous-vide cooking technique traps moisture inside the sausage, maintaining the pink pigment so don't be alarmed if it is pinker than usual! the flavors are incredible, juicy and complex. if you happen to warm it up, please be gentle. overheating the sausage will loose a lot of the natural juices to leak and reduce its flavor.
