Pico bello is brewed 100% naturally, with a contemporary style, and has not undergone an industrial process of dealcoholization that also leads to the disappearance of many flavor profiles. a special yeast strain was used, which creates fruity esters and minimal alcohol. after delta and juice junkie, pico bello is our new all-star that comes in cans. this "new" format is much lighter and easier to transport. more importantly, the can protects the beer from light and air, so that all aromas are optimally preserved. there was no question of reducing the alcohol content of an existing beer. and that's why we designed a new beer that takes on the challenge of a craft beer without alcohol. pico bello is a hazy zero ipa with fruity aromas, a touch of bitterness and a welcome sourness that breaks with the sweet non-alcoholic beers produced by traditional brewers.

Wake up call is brewed in collaboration with taplokaal gist in utrecht. this imperial coffee oatmeal stout is packed with oats. the flaked oats and golden naked oats give this stout a silky mouthfeel. they also give sweetness and a slightly nutty taste to the beer. we also added lots of cacao nibs and maple syrup for that rich chocolate and decadent maple flavor. northern brewer hops add some soft earthy and spicy aromas. this beer is rounded off with an attractive bitter aftertaste.
Dessert beer. thick viscous oil to lubricate your throat. kees throws in caramel, chocolate, coffee and hops. tempting to drink too much of this. but there is no such thing as too much. satisfied indeed.

This beer is inspired by many of the craft beers of colorado, the home state of our head brewer. the stars of the show with this beer are the hops: chinook for a complex bitterness, columbus for dank notes, mandarina bavaria for tangerine and complex floral citrus, and citra for the big tropical / citrus punch! we think this beer strikes a perfect balance between big juicy flavor and a clean dry finish.
Phi is a blond sour tasting beer, with an excellent sweet-sour balance, partly thanks to 40% wheat in the malt mixture. it is part of the “omega – phi – sigma” trilogy. the soft taste developed in our stainless steel tanks until the morpheus yeast gives it the desired fresh and sour taste. an excellent “starter” beer for those who want to familiarize themselves with the sour character of our flemish sour ales.
