This drink was almost featured in the spring time because of the floral elements, but we decided on winter because it is so cozy and comforting. the meadow tea from steven smith brings together chamomile, rooibos, hyssop, and rose. the addition of lavender syrup brings herbal sweetness reminding us of the spring bloom around the corner. the result is creamy, sweet, and floral!
