We’re a bunch of wine nerds and wanted to make a california version of our favorite italian orange wine - where the winemaking style was born. we took white grapes and fermented them with their skins, and the resulting wine is full of texture, dry tropical flavors and refreshing. it's all about skin contact. skin contact white wine | nv california vinification: 50% chardonnay, 27% albarino, 23% gruner veltliner. organically farmed grapes. chardonnay was machine harvested, destemmed, fermented on it’s skins for 10 days with 3 pump overs daily until dry. full malolactic fermentation.

The shea vineyard is influenced by the pacific coastal region of oregon and is known for its distinct soil composition, which includes ancient marine sedimentary soils mixed with volcanic basalt. this elegant wine leads with vibrant notes of bright red bing cherries and fresh strawberries on the nose. upon entry, the wine dances across the palate showcasing old-world restraint with its delicate fruit flavors. the finish is incredibly soft with complete texture with lingering acidity.

Deep garnet in color, the wine opens with cranberry, raspberry and vanilla on the nose. while the aromas lean toward red fruit initially, they’re bolstered by baking spices, cocoa and dried cherry. medium in body, the palate brims with fresh strawberry and rhubarb, balanced by fine-grain tannins and plenty of breadth. °e texture is seamless despite its youth, which bodes well for the future. a few minutes in the glass reveals additional depth as well as subtle notes of blackberry and spiced plum. the finish is slightly more candied and absent of any herbal character. here, the tannins turn more silky or satin-like, extending and lingering with a hint of minerality.

Planted at an elevation from 1,400 to 1,760 feet, the guarachi family wines estate bordeaux style vineyard of 28-planted acres reflects the best of atlas peak, exhibiting rocky volcanic soil in a jagged, mountainous landscape. although subject to the typical maritime afternoon and evening cooling, the area tends to avoid the fogs that spill into the rest of napa valley. as such, atlas peak is influenced by full sunlight during the day, and the temperature drops at night, with warm, dry summers and cool, wet winters. meadowrock, is located northeast of napa, primarily within the foss valley and soda canyon areas.

A beer with a nice bright amber color and a white head. distinct citrusy notes of tangerine are complemented by notes of melon and mango. the taste immediately shows that this is a unique interpretation of classic english ipas: the yeast strain - selected and grown at the brewery - gives it an unequivocally baladin character. ippa is surprisingly easy to drink and leaves your mouth clean and satisfied, thanks to its balanced bitterness and the harmonious use of hops.

"a cereal and citrus harmony for the first italian blanche beer.” a hay-yellow blanche, with a slightly hazy and cloudy appearance and a moderate, fine head. the scents are pleasantly citrusy and subtle aromas of spices gradually intensify as the beer becomes warmer. when sipped, it releases a beautiful harmony of cereals and citrus fruits, which mix and blend creating a delicate flowery and spicy balance. the finish is slightly herbaceous and leaves a faint, yet tantalizing peppery note in the mouth.
