Classic method sparkling wine, vintage and zero dosage, produced only in the best years from a blend of red grapes: sangiovese (80%), canaiolo nero, mammolo and colorino (20%). - color: straw yellow, intense with golden notes. - aroma: hints of bread crust, elegant citrus and mineral notes. - taste: enveloping in the mouth with a fine and persistent perlage, accompanied by savory and citric notes.
Extra brut sparkling wine obtained from sangiovese grapes with the ancestral method. it is a natural sparkling wine, with fermentation that begins in the tank and ends in the bottle. it is not disgorged and therefore the yeasts and wine remain together, giving it its unique character.
Uve: chardonnay (85%), pinot nero (15%).
