A classic method rosé sparkling wine aged on the lees for 36 months, produced in montepulciano with pinot noir grapes and crafted using a hybrid production technique: part of the wine is obtained by soft pressing the grapes, and the other part comes from the "rosé de saignée" technique, which involves contact between the must and the red grapes. at the time of tirage, 30% of reserve rosé wine, aged according to the "solera method," is added.
Uve: chardonnay (85%), pinot nero (15%).
