Sabatini gin
The protagonist is the tuscan juniper together with eight other botanicals grown on the family estate in villa ugo and on the hills of cortona. sabatini gin is a very high quality gin and represents the perfect union between the flavours, aromas and sensations that tuscany is able to offer; the centuries-old technical and alchemical knowledge of one of the most successful london distilleries. almost as if to ideally underline the special and historical bond that has always been extinct over the centuries, between tuscany and the anglo-saxon world. nine tuscan botanicals make up the sabatini gin recipe: juniper, coriander, iris, wild fennel, lavender, olive leaves, thyme, verbena, sage. the result is a clean, fresh gin where the aromatic notes of juniper are enhanced by the fresh hints of verbena and lavender.

Gin bacio is a tuscan distilled dry gin from the montepulciano area, which is characterized by the immediate hints of juniper that combine with the sweet and fruity notes of elderflowers and the local plum known as "nun's thigh". the herbaceous notes then emerge (juniper, laurel, rosemary, lavender, olive leaf, plum, sanbuco flowers, verbena) which give depth and complexity to the distillate, which remains long in the mouth, soft and velvety.
