terms of service welcome to filika cocktail bar. by using our services, you agree to the following terms: right to serve: filika cocktail bar reserves the right to refuse service or entry to any person without giving any reason, in order to protect the security of the establishment, the peace of its guests, and the general atmosphere of the venue. age limit: in accordance with turkish regulations, serving alcoholic beverages to individuals under the age of 18 is strictly prohibited. our staff has the right to request identification upon entry or during ordering. code of conduct: we value the safety and comfort of all our guests. we reserve the right to immediately remove individuals engaging in threatening, discriminatory, harassing, or disruptive behavior from the premises and to report them to legal authorities if necessary. personal belongings: our establishment cannot be held responsible for personal belongings left behind, forgotten, or lost within the premises. please bring your valuables with you. reservations: for reservations, tables of guests who do not arrive 15 minutes after the designated time may be cancelled and allocated to other guests. payment: payments must be made at the table or cashier using the acceptable payment methods (cash, credit card, etc.) that our establishment accepts.
Return and refund policy
If the prepared beverage or food does not meet our standards (or is an incorrect order), it will be immediately replaced or the charge will be waived. for events or special reservations, the deposit will be refunded only if the cancellation is notified at least 24 hours before the reservation time. no refunds will be given for consumed items. however, if you inform us of your dissatisfaction in person, we will do our best to rectify the situation. you can submit your cancellation requests directly to our establishment.
